Member Benefits and Dues

There are so many great benefits with being a part of the Lake Columbia Property Owners Association. In order to live in this great community and enjoy the benefits, it does require yearly membership dues from each property owner that resides on or has lake access to Lake Columbia.

Member Benefits Include

  • Private use of lake, ramp access, parks, bathhouses
  • Community events
  • Fireworks
  • Trash removal
  • Lake and weed maintenance
  • Park and bathhouse maintenance
  • Association office for building control, dues collection, questions, guidance, etc.
  • Membership decals*
  • Seawall and island maintenance, playground equipment, and more!

* The following is required to issue your decals:

  1. Property deed or land contract needs to be on file at the office
  2. Current state watercraft and vehicle registrations

Membership Dues

Yearly membership dues for 2024 are $437 for a first lot and $40 for each additional lot that does not require services (i.e. trash, decals, ramp access, etc.).

LCPOA membership dues are to be paid no later than April 1st of each year. If you have not paid or did not receive an invoice, or you are new to the Lake Columbia community, please contact the LCPOA office.

Payment Options

By Mail, Over Phone, In Person, or Online
Your payment must be processed in order to receive decals.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is a $15 processing fee ($3 fee under $100).

BY MAIL - Make check payable to LCPOA and mail to 11281 Hewitt Rd, Brooklyn, MI 49230. Please include the bottom portion of your invoice so that the office can apply your payment to the proper account.

IN PERSON OR OVER PHONE - You can pay with cash or check by visiting the LCPOA office. We also accept credit card payments over the phone or in person.

PAY ONLINE - You have the option to pay online by credit card. There is a $15 processing fee ($3 fee under $100).

$15 fee is REQUIRED to be manually added to your total payment amount. i.e. $437 + $15 fee = $452
